1. Acceptance
By making payment, the Customer is deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Finality of Transaction / No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable, unless for verified manufacturing defects.

3. Package Conversion
Package value is non-refundable and non-downgradable, but may be converted to credit once for other eligible products.

4. Product Defect Replacement Policy
Customers may request exchange within 14 days if a manufacturing defect is verified. No refunds.

5. Promotional & Complimentary Items
Items from promotions, bundles, or as gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Pre-Order & Special Orders
Pre-ordered or custom items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

7. 7. Exchange of Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be exchanged once for items of equivalent value, excluding those clearly marked as non-exchangeable.
Products with less than 15 months of remaining shelf life are not eligible for exchange.
All exchanges are subject to Company approval and must be requested within a reasonable period.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
